Let’s go…

Get the socks ready.

Sit down and make that the regular spot for socks on.

Practice the practical guide Feet Care often as possible.
This will then be the next step of taking care of your Feet.

Make sure the socks are open and in position.
This means how they are going to be placed on.

Lift one leg and place over the other leg first.

Gather the sock and position over the toe area.

Using both hands pull Gently over the toes first.

Then continue to the heel area and over the heel.

Socks have a design and shape for the heel area.
Make sure this fits properly around the heel.
Adjust if necessary until it sits and feels right.

Most Important
Grasp the sock and Pull Gently at the toe area.
Make sure there is space and the socks feel loose.
The toes are not to be squashed with tight socks.
This allows the toes to move freely when walking.

Now place the palm of opposite hand over the toes.
This means left foot resting on the right foot.
Use the right hand to do the Pause moments.

Upper Part of the Feet
Move the hands and place one under and one on top.

Feel the sock and how this is going to support you today.

Slide the hands and support the heel and just hold.
Take a breath and feel the Connection of you with your Feet.
This is what is going to move you in your day today.

Then swap the leg over and Repeat the above.

Reminder
Our
Feet require regular maintenance just like our Cars and Homes.

Regardless of the weather, we need to ensure we cut and file our toe Nails and remove hard skin from the heel area of our Feet.
This is very Basic 101.

For those that prefer others to do the job, keep the pedicures at regular intervals and not just for summer months.

Our Feet require our attention ALL the time as this is not just a seasonal thing.

The key is CONSISTENCY.
Do not drop this super important daily task.

Once we get into a Routine with our socks, we give ourselves the permission to have the time and space to not rush but be present with the task in hand.

By repeating this we lock it into our Foundation.

Next – Shoes and all other Footwear
