Some of us may have noticed that things are not going so great in our World right now.
We keep getting messages that our Lifestyle Choices play a part in many of our current dis-eases.
We may be aware that we get symptoms showing up as illness because of our lifestyle – the way we live.

For the purpose of this blog, the Focus will be about Simple Lifestyle and Patient Education.

So how on earth do we make changes (modifications) to our lifestyle and ensure that they are simple?
On that note and before we go any further – an absolute must read would be our blogs called KEEP IT SIMPLE and SIMPLE LIVING.

This entire website is dedicated to Simple Living for humanity.
Because it will be easy to understand and that means we are more likely to follow it through. There will be no difficulty and so the masses can apply it as it is not Complicated or requiring any qualification to ‘get it’ so to speak. It is plain, basic and straightforward with no fancy words, fluffy talk or hidden agenda.
So what exactly is Lifestyle?
What does mr google say and what are the dictionary definitions telling us?

The lifestyle of a particular person or group of people is the living conditions, behaviour and habits that are typical of them or are chosen by them.
Lifestyle drugs are intended to improve people’s quality of life rather than to treat particular medical disorders.
Lifestyle magazines, television programmes and products are aimed at people who wish to be associated with glamorous and successful lifestyles.
Lifestyle stores and products, target customers who have a certain set of interests or want to live in a certain way.

So the first thing we can establish is all the definitions are not the same.
Could this be why so many of us are confused when it comes to words and their definitions?
Could this be why we are yet to have a one-unified truth, which means we are all on the same page, so to speak?
That means no variations, deviations or departing away from the very essence of the origin of a word, be it a big thing or something small that most would consider not worthy or insignificant.
Could it be possible that we seek what we want or desire?
That would mean we want to view something that suits us and we find that interpretation, re-interpretation or whatever we need to match our picture, our image, ideal or belief?
So whilst our world continues to have differentiations in the meaning of words, where in some cases we have gone off track and lost the very intrinsic nature of the actual word, then it is likely most of us will find what we want as it suits us to not know or have the real deal – aka the Truth.
Is this making sense?
Back to the meanings above about the word Lifestyle, which tells us that it is about our way of living and what we want from life.
Some of us want the Active Lifestyle – on the go, Push Push, striving for more, More More and loving the release of those chemicals that give us a feeling of doing anything, as long as we are not told to Stop and be still.
Some of us prefer the Busy Lifestyle as it helps us to not think about the issues we have, or the state of the World or those ugly things that come up when we do take a Stop moment.
Some of us desire the Comfortable Lifestyle and that could mean indulging in our distractions and not rocking the boat. We like things that suit us and we like the comfort of our un-comfortableness. In other words, we seek to continue comfort above all else even if we can sense things are not great, we need to change and under our skin it is uncomfortable.
Some of us are attracted by the Glamorous Lifestyle even if we only have a Lemonade Budget – worth reading our blog Champagne Life, Lemonade Money.
Some of us like the Extravagant Lifestyle as we yearned for it all our life and it’s something we like to show off about on Social Media and over the fine dining, that is part of living this way.
Some of us have opted for the Healthy Lifestyle and as a world we have not yet come to a One-Unified Truth about the word Health, so anything goes that suits us, in the name of health.
One could call a healthy lifestyle only drinking Alcohol at the weekends or at meal times and/or drinking copious amounts of Coffee that alters the natural state of the body.
Another would say a healthy lifestyle is to eat healthily but Overdo it on the exercise front as it makes us feel great. Show off our abs and toned body and hope no one finds out we have Sleep issues because we feel so racy inside, but on the outside all looks ‘healthy’.
Hectic Lifestyle does not have a preferred option button but some of us end up here and whilst we abhor the incessant frantic way we are living life, we have no idea how to change our movements, because we forgot that the origin of this word comes from the word habitual (5).
The habit we do have is we keep moving in the same way expecting change, but it’s not happening and we are like a hamster on a wheel, going nowhere.
Well this one is easy as it includes many of us if we are to be Honest.
Unhealthy Lifestyle really is how the masses are living today. If we do not agree then it is at this point that we ask the reader to continue reading as our health blogs mentioned in the section Patient Education presents the facts and the stats about how we are living in an unhealthy state.
We have more about Lifestyle definitions – we have lifestyle drugs for example to treat baldness. We could say that there must be a reason why one loses their hair and then because of how we feel about it seek drugs to fix it as a Solution. We call this a lifestyle drug of choice as not everyone who is bald would go for this option.
We have Lifestyle magazines, Television programmes and products for those who want some connection with the glamour and so-called successful lifestyles of others, like influencers and celebrities.
We have Lifestyle stores designed for those who want to live a certain way of life that comes with the images, the dreams and the wishes they long for or what others have.
We are sold images of a certain Lifestyle we can have and some of us subscribe to this and forget that there may be other options that support our Health and Well-Being and our bank account.
We have yet to have this Lifestyle name on the map.
Simple Living Global are instigating this for All of Us.
How many of us would be interested in something that works because it is super Simple and easy?
How many of us would feel lost with a Simple Lifestyle that creates zero Complications in daily life?
How many of us would feel like it is Boring to have a Simple Lifestyle?
How many of us associate a Simple Lifestyle with old fashion ways?
How many of us think that living Simple would mean the end of posting on Social Media as who on earth would be interested?
How many of us would feel cheated by life if it was just plain Simple?
How many of us would feel like living Simple would mean no more indulging in our fantasies and distractions?
How many of us think that having a Simple Lifestyle would mean the end of life as we know it and that would be scary?
How many of us hate the very thought of taking full responsibility and accountability for our choices if our lifestyle was Simple?
How many of us dread the simple stuff as we associate it with Boring, plain and not entertaining our minds 24/7?
What if a Simple Lifestyle supports our true health and well-being because it gives us the space we have always wanted to move through life?
What if we have been sold a lie and we think a Simple Lifestyle is not enough, so we go on the bandwagon of wanting this and that and spending our entire life chasing dreams that keep moving the goal post?
What if there is a richness – a quality to living a Simple Lifestyle as it rewards us from the inside, so we are not seeking anything from the outer world to bring us something?
In other words, we feel content and the need to want things is just no longer there.

If we take a look at the content presented in the above articles, it would be true and accurate to say that Simple Living Global are on the front foot when it comes to presenting “Lifestyle” topics that may be of interest, to those who are ready and asking the Question – Is There Another Way?

This website has presented an article called People Health Education and it would be a wise move at this point for the reader to consider what is being presented.
The following is a summary:
We may have heard a lot about Public Health Education recently as our attention is being brought to the fact that we – the public, the people, need Health Education.
This article is about People Health Education as this website is about the people, for the people and on behalf of the people and that means ALL OF US.
On that note, we could say that ‘patient education’ is an absolute requirement if we are to ever turn the tides and have Real True Health and vitality as a race of beings.
We could at this point invite the policymakers, kingpins and bigwigs that run the show on World Health. We could then observe how they are living and that means study their Lifestyle Choices.
What we can start with saying is there is no point bringing out words and telling the world what to do in the name of health, if those dishing out the stuff are not living the same quality they expect the public to be.
In other words, are those that sit in the so-called positions of power leading our world health they themselves living a Simple lifestyle because if they are, then we the people will feel that on some level and if they are not then the words will remain on those website pages as empty, not offering a vibrational quality that could bring about real change?
Is this making sense, as we have set up an organisation whose job it is to support the whole world on health and it’s been going for over 70 years and what we do know is that illness and disease rates are on the rise and that does not include modern day plagues like Stress and anxiety?
Could we say at this point that SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT

This website is informative and it presents Another Way of living.
This platform is now a library – a ‘go to’ so to speak for anyone seeking another lifestyle to support the human frame.
We are aware that the critic or skeptic amongst us will not accept what is on offer. That is a choice and we have no need or desire wanting anyone to follow us or join the Simple Living bandwagon.
The current intelligence police would throw us out, so to speak as the author has no so-called ‘recognised’ qualifications, does not fit into any professional category and yet has research and content on this website that will have scholars in the future studying and asking who on earth was behind this extra-ordinary website and how was the author living in life, that allowed such volumes to come through for humanity?
Simple Living Global could be dismissed because the author of this website has no formal qualifications but does that expose something bigger, like the current Intelligence1 we think is “it” and perhaps it is not, as this website is saying something else? Possible? Not sure?
Best to leave it to the scholars of the future who will find this entire website, study the content and bring in a multi-dimensional offering to those walking the earth in 2500 and beyond.

Reading an article about sleep from a famous American fashion and lifestyle magazine that has been around for over a century.
The question posed is “Is Sleep the Ultimate Modern Luxury”.
Well we could answer that in one word – No.

Since the 1970s sleeping pills have been readily consumed.
Today’s market gives us access and solutions to: herbal remedies, eye masks, aromatherapy oils, meditation and sleep track apps, smart alarm clocks, green mattresses, pillows and lighting, sleep monitors, weighted gravity blankets, organic silk pyjamas, pricey stone diffusers and the list just goes on. Let us not forget the latest – CBD a derivative of cannabis to help us sleep.
Commonly cited research points to lifestyle changes – increased consumption of alcohol, caffeine and lack of exercise, all of which act as stimulants making it difficult for the brain to relax and fall asleep.
Our 24/7 365 society and the digital age we are now in has disrupted our sleep-wake cycle which affects our physiology.
We all know that luxury sleep solutions might sound like the answer but if they worked WHY on earth do we keep creating more and more sleeping aids?
Enough said, we can continue to read research studies or books and there are literally thousands on the topic of sleep.
